As a CDL Driver, you'll safely deliver and pick up PODS containers, interact directly with customers, and ensure every delivery is completed professionally, efficiently, and incident‑free. • Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with a unique lift mechanism to load and unload containers in residential and business settings.
• Complete local deliveries and pickups while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to keep your rig and yourself safe and maintain the truck cab and equipment in inspection‑ready condition.
• Use company‑provided handheld devices for navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication.
• Act as our brand ambassador, answering questions, solving placement puzzles, and ensuring every container is clean and presentable.
• When not on the road, help with storage‑center functions, forklift operation, and light container maintenance to keep operations humming.

• Valid CDL license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required. You must be at least 21 years old and possess a DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum of 3 months of professional driving experience.
• Zero‑incident mindset with no moving violations in the past three years.
• Strong sense of spatial relations; able to park and navigate tight residential spaces with ease.
• Physical stamina: comfortable climbing in and out of the cab, operating a forklift, and lifting up to 50 lbs or applying up to 40 lbs of pressure.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Customer focused: understands customer needs and prioritizes service excellence.
• Strong basic math skills and clear communication in English.

• Home daily:
  No over‑the‑road (OTR) requirements; stay within your local territory.
• A solid schedule: one scheduled day off during the week, plus every Sunday.
• Safety‑first culture: your well‑being always comes first.

• Base pay: $21.00 – $21.50 per hour.
• Bonuses: eligible for performance‑based incentives.
• Safety bonuses available for driver positions.
