Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Regional / Semi-Local Truck Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. Hire Now Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this CDL driving opportunity.

We are seeking dependable drivers who operate with consistency, safety, and accountability across multi-state routes. This role requires discipline, flexibility, and a strong commitment to meeting delivery expectations while maintaining compliance with all transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles across regional routes spanning Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana, and Utah
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight while maintaining safety standards
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify equipment readiness
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, HOS requirements, and company policies
Track and log routes, deliveries, and hours accurately
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules and route updates
Manage overnight layovers and maintain delivery schedules across multi-day routes
Maintain professionalism when representing the company at delivery locations

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
Ability to operate safely across multiple states and varying road conditions
Willingness to work holidays as required
Ability to handle overnight layovers (4-5 nights per week on average)
Comfortable working approximately 11-hour days
Stable employment history with consistent driving experience
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

Experience with regional or multi-state routes
Clean driving record with minimal violations
Strong time management and route efficiency skills
Experience with ELD systems and compliance tracking
Professional communication and reliability

Hire Now Package

Base Salary: $85,000 annually
Work Location: Onsite in Eugene (multi-state routes)
Schedule: Start time at 6:00 AM
Average 11-hour workdays
Home weekly
4-5 overnight layovers per week
