About the Position
Equipment Operators use elevated picking and loading power equipment to select and transport products of varying weights, sizes, and shapes. Responsibilities include building secure pallets for transportation, loading store-bound trailers, and unloading long‑haul or back‑haul trailers. Occasionally, employees may be assigned to other duties within the distribution center.
CompensationUSD $19.05 – $27.15 per hour
ScheduleThe distribution center operates in two shifts, each shift working 4 days a week on 10‑hour shifts.
Qualifications- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attendance and performance record
- Ability to set priorities and organize workload
- Strong initiative and precision
- Ability to respond sensitively to customer needs or situations
- Positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Prior forklift experience is a plus.
