Join our team and begin your future in Fed Ex Delivery today with the local company Jenco, Inc. based in Eugene, OR. We offer regular full‑time and part‑time Fed Ex Delivery driver positions with local residential and business deliveries. A CDL license is not required. Previous experience as a local driver, route driver, truck driver, courier, pick‑up driver, or delivery driver for UPS, Amazon, Fed Ex, DHL, Wal‑Mart, Uber, Lyft, or similar companies is a plus.

We are hiring urgently and immediately.

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test, including marijuana, with continued random drug screens throughout employment.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Be able to safely lift or carry up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with a hand truck.
• Pass a Fed Ex Ground criminal background check.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work and be on time for each workday.
• Be able to climb stairs and work in all types of weather.
• Have a strong work ethic and a get‑it‑done attitude.

• Operate your vehicle safely at all times.
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences.
• Drive a route that typically includes up to 150 stops per day.
• Perform a daily inspection of vehicle, checking fluid levels.
• Load and organize vehicle for deliveries.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager.
• Accurately operate the scanner and effectively track the delivery process.
• Ensure accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups.
• Consistently deliver the entire route in a timely manner.

Paid training will be provided that covers delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.
