FedEx Delivery Driver

Earn $780–$880 per week + up to $300/month in performance bonuses!

We’re hiring full-time and part-time Fed Ex Delivery Drivers to make local residential and business deliveries. If you’ve driven for UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, or similar companies, we want you! (CDL not required.)

• Competitive Pay – $19.50/hr (Step Van Drivers)
• Performance-Based Bonus – Earn $15 per day worked when we achieve Fed Ex Gold Medal status (up to $300 extra per month on a full‑time schedule)

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license & clean record
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana), DOT physical, & background check
• Lift up to 75 lbs. (150 lbs. with hand truck)
• Ability to climb stairs & work in all weather
• Strong work ethic & “get‑it‑done” attitude

• Safely operate a company‑provided vehicle
• Pick up and deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Work independently & as part of a team
• Priority given to Saturday availability
