Class A/B – NCCCO Certified HIAB Driver (Knuckleboom)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a self‑sufficient, motivated Crane Operator for our Eugene location at 680 Seneca Road who wants to help us expand our fast‑growing business.

• Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
• Perform pre‑trip, en route, and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
• Load and unload materials.
• Comply with company and government regulations and rules.
• Ensure load securement including the installation of corner boards to protect products while in transport.
• Match shipments to sales invoices.
• Use Samsara to ensure compliance, safety, efficiency and customer service.
• Operate truck safely.

• NCCCO Certification and experience operating cranes.
• Clean CVOR abstract.
• Valid ABL crane certification.
• Prefer a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Dedicated to safety, on and off the road.
• Passionate about great service and teamwork.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in the construction/roofing business is an asset.
• Physically able to complete job tasks such as climbing ladders, pulling and throwing tarps, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Pride in being on time, self‑sufficient, and providing knowledgeable, excellent customer service.
