Class A/B – NCCCO Certified HIAB Driver (Knuckleboom)
Position Summary
We’re looking for a self‑sufficient, motivated Crane Operator for our Eugene location at 680 Seneca Road who wants to help us expand our fast‑growing business.
Responsibilities- Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
- Perform pre‑trip, en route, and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
- Load and unload materials.
- Comply with company and government regulations and rules.
- Ensure load securement including the installation of corner boards to protect products while in transport.
- Match shipments to sales invoices.
- Use Samsara to ensure compliance, safety, efficiency and customer service.
- Operate truck safely.
- NCCCO Certification and experience operating cranes.
- Clean CVOR abstract.
- Valid ABL crane certification.
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
- Dedicated to safety, on and off the road.
- Passionate about great service and teamwork.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience in the construction/roofing business is an asset.
- Physically able to complete job tasks such as climbing ladders, pulling and throwing tarps, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Pride in being on time, self‑sufficient, and providing knowledgeable, excellent customer service.
