System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. You will receive competitive pay packages and excellent benefits. For a limited time you can earn a $5,000 Hiring Bonus.

Bonus: Earn a $5,000 Hiring Bonus when you apply.
$5,000 Hiring Bonus Eligibility Requirements:

• Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving to receive the payout.
• Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
• 1st payout is $1,250 at 90 days
  2nd payout is $1,250 at 180 days
  3rd payout is $1,250 at 270 days
  4th and final payment is $1,250 at 360 days
• Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months CDL-A driving experience) are not eligible.

Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate. With mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full‑time drivers can earn $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week ($46,984.82 – $ per year) depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.
Transition Package: $1,800 ($1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks).

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of driving experience required.
• Background Check required.
• Clean Drug Test required.
• Clean Clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (measured at orientation).

Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience, but not required.
