• Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping with accurate documentation.
• Operate pallet jacks/forklifts and material handling equipment (training available) while following SOPs and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, compliant warehouse; handle labeled containers and consolidate material as directed.
• Support inventory control (counts, reconciliations, documentation accuracy).
• Follow all safety policies and environmental compliance procedures; immediately report hazards/near misses.

• Active security clearance or Vantage Clear credential (required).
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for logs, labels, and inventory entries.
• Team attitude and clear communication.
• Nice to have: Forklift certification, prior warehouse/material handling experience, familiarity with environmental/sustainability operations.
