As a Steel Recycling Metal Sorter & Yard Worker, you'll support daily operations by sorting scrap metals, maintaining yard cleanliness, and assisting with groundwork-all while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Your efforts help keep the environment clean and our community sustainable.

What You'll Do

As a Yard Worker & Metal Sorter, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting and sorting ferrous and nonferrous scrap metals to ensure proper separation
• Performing general clean-up and groundwork to keep the yard safe and organized
• Operating yard equipment and tools while following safety protocols
• Working outdoors in different weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
• Assisting team members with yard cleanliness and safety standards

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Physical stamina to work outdoors and perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Prior yard work or recycling experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
