Office Support - Eugene Lubes

Carson is currently seeking an Office Support team member to join our Eugene Lubes department. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by ensuring customer orders, billing, and inventory processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter customer orders into the system daily with a high level of accuracy

* Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse staff and drivers

* Bill customer deliveries within established SLA requirements

* Manage and coordinate transfer orders between branches

* Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

* Assist will-call customers, including processing cash and credit card payments

* Support inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

* Assist with receiving materials into the purchase order system

* Provide support in the warehouse as needed (receiving freight, picking orders)

* Take on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

* Basic math skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Excel

* High school diploma or GED required

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

* Ability to work while standing, sitting, and walking

* Ability to communicate effectively (speech, vision, and hearing)

* Use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation

* Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach

* Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and safely move within a warehouse environment
