Warehouse Associate

Overview

Parts Authority is hiring full‑time Warehouse Associates to work in our warehouses, performing inventory handling and order fulfillment. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Performing routine cleaning duties.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintaining safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10‑50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb ladders or stairs, or balance.
• May be required to work in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Must have vision abilities for close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and with other staff members and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Ability to secure and transfer cash or other assets.

Minimum: $16.55 per hour.
