Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler in Euless, TX to support daily operations by coordinating schedules, and managing appointments. In this role, the Scheduler will communicate effectively with staff and customers to confirm availability, adjust schedules as needed, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong time-management and problem-solving skills, and demonstrates a high level of accuracy when handling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities- Coordinate schedules and manage appointments to support daily operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers to confirm availability
- Adjust schedules as needed and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to accuracy when handling multiple priorities
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience Scheduling
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
