As a Community Administrator
, you are the organized, detail-focused professional who keeps the office, records, and processes running efficiently so the rest of the team can focus on residents. You enjoy the grind at your station: organizing information, and moving quickly through tasks that require accuracy and structure. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, details, and productivity

What You’ll Do:
  • Organizing leasing paperwork, renewals, compliance documents, and office files
  • Preparing lease renewals and administrative documents
  • Tracking and documenting maintenance requests and resident communications
  • Supporting collections follow-ups and internal reporting
  • Assisting with move-in/move-out documentation and inspections
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office

You’ll be the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks
