Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Job Description The ICC admin role is designed to maintain inventory of trackers in the ICC office. This includes scanning trackers as they return from the exit gates, scan them out as they leave the office. Charging trackers in the office as needed and checking them to see if they require further analysis. Organizing the trays of trackers ready to be deployed, as well as getting them ready to be sent out into the field.
Bi-weekly audits are performed which includes scanning trackers in the office, at the gates, and anywhere else applicable. This role will also be responsible for maintaining equipment in the office such as TC75s, printers and batteries. Trackers that need to be returned to COX2M will need to be packaged and shipped in this role. Provides administrative/transactional support for an assigned team or group within Vehicle Operations (i.e. Arbitration, Auction Services, Dealer Services, Fleet Operations, Lot Operations).
Serves as point of contact for employee/customer questions about policies and procedures. Assists vendors, dealers, and third parties with questions about processes, status, and issue resolution. Ensure control of inventory of tracking system and another additional inventory task as needed. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline. OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
- Effective communication skills required.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills required.
- Ability to operate general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
- Good computer software skills required.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks; manual dexterity.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
- Preferred Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with AS400, Lot Vision, Microsoft Outlook and Excel are preferred.
- Required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear, vision abilities required to include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
- Must be able to walk long distances.
Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level. (100% outdoors)
