KRS Business Group is a growing startup working across insurance, business operations, marketing, and entrepreneurial ventures.

We are looking for motivated students who want more than a traditional internship. This is a hands-on, cross-functional learning opportunity where you will gain real-world experience working with business owners, insurance professionals, CRM platforms, marketing tools, and day-to-day business operations.

Because we are a startup, every day can look different. You may be working on an insurance account in the morning, updating a CRM in the afternoon, and helping with a marketing or client communication project later in the day.

If you enjoy learning quickly, communicating with people, solving problems, and wearing different hats, this internship could be a great fit.

• Assist with day-to-day insurance agency operations
• Learn and work with different CRM and business management platforms
• Help organize client information, documentation, follow-ups, and internal workflows
• Support insurance quoting and account-management processes under team supervision
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and business partners
• Assist with marketing projects, social media, lead management, and business outreach
• Help maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Participate in process improvement and business-development projects
• Work across different KRS Business Group projects as business needs evolve

This internship is designed to provide exposure to several areas of business rather than limiting you to one function.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Insurance, Communications, or a related field
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable learning new technology and software
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Willing to take initiative and ask questions
• Able to switch between different projects and responsibilities
• Professional when communicating with clients and business partners
• Interested in entrepreneurship, insurance, marketing, or business operations

Previous insurance experience is not required. We are more interested in your willingness to learn, professionalism, and ability to adapt.

At a large company, an intern may only see one small part of the business.

KRS Business Group is an early-stage growing company, so this internship is structured primarily as a learning and professional-development opportunity with modest startup-level compensation/stipend based on schedule, responsibilities, and experience.

High-performing interns may also be considered for expanded responsibilities, future paid opportunities, or longer-term roles as the company grows.
