Entry‑Level Auto Finance Representative - Must have Bachelors Degree

We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions:

+ Customer Accounts Representative

+ Customer Care Representative

You'll receive full training - plus opportunities to cross‑train and grow.

1. Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule:

+ Mon-Fri: 8 AM-5 PM

+ One late shift weekly: 11 AM-8 PM (never Fridays)

+ Every other Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM

What You'll Do:

+ Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1-29 days past due on payments

+ Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates

+ Assist with password resets or login issues

+ No heavy collections - escalation teams handle those accounts

2. Customer Care Representative

Schedule:

+ Mon-Fri: 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM

+ One Saturday per month: 8 AM-12 PM

What You'll Do:

+ Take inbound calls and support customers with:

+ Account questions

+ Payment options

+ Title requests

+ Website/login help

Who We're Looking For

+ Bachelors Degree

+ 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)

+ Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

+ Fast learner with strong attention to detail

+ Basic computer and data‑entry skills

+ Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Euless, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
