Ferguson is pleased to offer an 8–12 month Credit Trainee program designed to accelerate your career in credit by teaching the fundamentals and providing mentorship, coaching, and on‑the‑job learning.

- Financial Statement analysis
- 0‑3 years work experience post bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑service driven company with a strong desire to enter a career credit development program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including face‑to‑face conversations, phone conversations, and presenting to groups.
- Ability to build relationships with high emotional intelligence and strong people skills.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Upon successful completion, the associate will have an entry‑level working knowledge of extending trade credit and building customer relationships. The role will prepare the associate to become a Credit Manager who owns a portfolio of accounts, manages credit and collections, and may advance to Area Credit Manager.
Location & RelocationInitial training in Euless, TX. Candidates must be open to relocating after training. Ferguson will provide a relocation allowance.

- Pay range: $22.60 – $33.89 per hour (monthly for salaried roles, hourly for all others)
- Bonus or incentive plan eligible
- Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
