Job Description- Conduct thorough evaluations, identify, diagnose, and treat patients with behavioral or emotional disorders for ages 16 and up through interviews, testing, observation, and reviews of patient charts.
- Plan, develop and implement treatment programs.
- Timely completion of notes.
- Outpatient clinic work only, with no weekends or on-call duties.
- Full-time position Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling.
- Structured environment with a culture where all team members strive to work together.
- Encourages passive and active clinical collaboration.
- Medical Director and CEO have an open-door policy.
- Appointments are not double-booked, ensuring quality patient care.
- PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology, with specialization to see patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- US work authorization and licensed to practice Psychology in the State of Texas.
- Strong clinical background with at least 2 years of experience in clinical settings.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, collaborative, curious, and proactive.
- Working knowledge of EMR/EHR, with bilingual proficiency a plus.
