Monitor health; document health concerns; communicate with nurse or supervisor as appropriate; call 911 in emergencies.;
Administer or support self-administration of medications and documents delivery of medications and treatments; report administration errors.;
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to rights of individuals; comply with safety policies and training.
