LocationEuless, TX 75261 (On-Site)
Duration6+ Months Contract (Possible to extend)
Work ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Plus 8 paid holidays and 15 days PTO
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sr. IT Asset Management Specialist to ensure the optimal use, tracking, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance of all company-owned assets. The IT Asset Management Specialist will reduce operational inefficiencies, strengthen compliance posture, and save the organization time and money.
Required Experience (3+ years)- Experience in IT Asset Management
- Experience applying the principles and practices of facilities maintenance and asset management.
- Experience demonstrating knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management.
- Experience with strong understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Experience with Service Now Hardware and Software Asset Management.
- Experience demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience demonstrating proficiency in using asset management software and tools.
- Experience demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Experience applying the knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Reliable transportation and possession of a valid class C driver's license.
- Ability to obtain CJIS certification to manage Department of Public Safety projects with sensitive data requirements.
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
- Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
