EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and customer centric leader to take on the role of Manager in Training. The Manager in Training (MIT) role is designed to prepare high‑potential candidates for gym manager positions within our organization. This program will help you develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to lead and manage in the fitness environment. While this role will not have direct reports, it will prepare you for leadership responsibilities.
The MIT will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the District Manager and Gym Managers. This role will not be assigned to a specific gym location, and while the MIT will influence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), they will not be held responsible for a location’s monthly KPIs. This position is designed as a developmental role, serving as preparation for advancement into a managerial position within the organization.
The role will not be eligible for management bonuses. However, the MIT will be eligible for commissions earned while completing assignments as part of their program. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the discretion and needs of gym management.
