Branch Manager

LHH is working with a company that has been in the Texas area for decades. They started off with fence and gate repair and installation, and now they also rent construction products in the commercial space. They are looking for a Branch Manager to run their Euless (DFW) location! The ideal candidate will have both sales and operations experience, experience hiring and training a sales team, and experience running a full P&L.

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, profit and loss management, and dispatch coordination
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand customer base
• Manage branch expenses and budget allocation, optimizing resources to maximize profitability
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, customer service associates, and dispatch coordinators to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment

• Experience managing a full P&L
• Experience with both sales and operations
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience hiring, training, and leading a sales team
• Experience in the construction industry
