Branch Manager
LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing construction services organization on a search for a Branch Manager in the Dallas Metro area. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of Branch operations, including sales, customer service, financial performance, employee development, and operational execution. The Branch Manager will serve as the face of the business in the local market, driving growth while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an individual who enjoys leading teams, building customer relationships, and managing a fast-paced service operation. This role is offering a salary between $115K - $120K + bonus.
- Lead the overall financial performance of the Branch, including accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and operating results.
- Represent the organization within the local market by building strong relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the sales team while managing talent acquisition, development, and performance.
- Support business development efforts by engaging with key accounts and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
- Direct daily Branch activities while ensuring seamless coordination across operations, dispatch, field personnel, and customer-facing teams.
- Champion a culture focused on safety, efficiency, accountability, and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a tenured workforce while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Execute growth strategies that strengthen market presence while maintaining operational consistency and financial discipline.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience and proven business management success will also be considered.
- Successful track record overseeing Branch, regional, or business unit operations within a service-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, operations, customer service, and field support.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build trust, influence teams, and drive accountability at all levels of the organization.
- Industry experience within construction services, equipment rental, industrial services, distribution, manufacturing, or other field-based operations is highly desirable.
