Inspector-Final/ISO Assistant

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Inspector-Final/ISO Assistant for a company based in Euless, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing final inspections on metal stamped and sheet metal fabricated parts, confirm parts and meeting with customers’ specifications before shipping, and assisting management in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Certified program.

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour or DOE

Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.

• Assist with in process inspections as needed.
• Coordinate with the office, shipping, and production departments.
• Complete PPAP process for new parts as needed.
• Perform first articles as needed.
• Perform and document inspections of powder coat and plating vendors.
• Assist in maintaining calibration systems and records.
• Assist with maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Certified program.
• Perform and document final inspections on metal parts.

• At least 2 years of experience minimum inspecting sheet metal parts.
• Must be familiar with types of gages, metal finishings and coating.
• Forklift License a Plus.
• Must know how to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and height gages.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 Systems a Plus.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background.
