Shift: 1st, Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Hourly Wage: $29.54/hr

Job Summary Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes operating and setting up various CNC and non-CNC production machinery, conducting manual assembly tasks, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties Team Lead

* Be a technical resource for operators.

* Train and develop less experienced operators with the help of the Value Stream Manager (VSM.

* Complete work order paperwork and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.

* Operate machines like saws, manual mills, lathes, presses, routers, and more.

* Conduct in-process inspections according to standard procedures.

Requirements

* Intermediate math skills & aptitude

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Ability to understand drawing and blueprints

* Ability to use measuring instruments accurately and effectively

* Accustomed to being flexible when changes occur.

* Must be able to work overtime as needed

Work Environment Team Lead

* This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.

* Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

* The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.

* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.
