Greet teammates and customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience;
Ensure all merchandise and product received is processed per established programs and procedures; backroom is organized and maintained in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead;
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards;
Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, RTVs, and claims;
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes per service level standards
