  majority of time engaged in sales visits within territory; minimal remote admin work
• Full-time during business hours (no nights or weekends)

• Conduct 15 onsite visits per day
• Log meeting notes and work orders in our software and coordinate with owner and sales team
• Light admin and prep from your home
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support

• Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
• Curious — solid communicator who is comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
• Detail‑Oriented — consistently executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow‑ups) that turn activity into revenue
