Counter Sales Representative

Counter / Parts Sales

We are looking for a Parts Sales representative to support our customers in delivering clean water and HVAC solutions.

• Assess customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards.
• Properly enter and track sales data.

Deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism at all times.

• Knowledge and skills typical of at least 2 years of experience in the assigned business line:
  • Plumbing
  • Waterworks
  • HVAC
  • Kitchen & Bath
• High-school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in leadership roles.
• Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership, sales, or account management opportunities.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 75 pounds or more. Must work indoors or outdoors as required during assigned hours.

• Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence.
• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, sitting and standing for extended periods, kneeling, squatting, climbing, walking.
• Operation of office equipment – Use of computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Near vision and manual dexterity.
• Oral communication skills – Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
• Written communication skills – Writing, reading, written comprehension, and written expression.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and critical thinking.
