Sales Manager- Aerospace Manufacturing

The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that support Davis Machine's strategic direction and achieve the growth and profitability objectives established by the COO of GAH. This role manages commercial relationships with key customers, develops short- and long-term market projections for existing and prospective business, and advises the organization on market trends to support strategic planning and business growth.

• Identify and secure profitable new business that meets the company's strategic direction
• Manage quoting processes to prepare quotations that accurately capture the customer's requirements
• Define pricing strategies that result in profitable growth and achieve the company's objectives
• Develop positive and expansive relationships with customers to promote continued growth
• Manage all of Davis Machine's marketing and sales initiatives
• Maintain bookings to forecast gaps
• Experience negotiating LTA's
• Other duties as assigned

• 5 years experience in aerospace component manufacturing sales required
• Contacts in major OEMs and first tier suppliers preferred
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytic and computer skills
• Able to develop and present sales strategy internally and externally
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Willingness to travel as required
