Role Description

Responsibilities

This full-time Maintenance Technician role is an on-site position located in Euless, TX. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety, functionality, and overall upkeep of the property. Tasks involve inspecting and repairing HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, plumbing issues, and appliances, along with preparing apartments for new residents. The Maintenance Technician will also respond to residents' service requests promptly and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing maintenance, and electrical repairs including troubleshooting and resolving related issues
  • Experience in performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs
  • Ability to diagnose and address mechanical or technical issues in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service ability to assist and interact professionally with residents
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Previous maintenance or facilities management experience is preferred
  • Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; HVAC or technical certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in operating basic tools, equipment, and software used in property maintenance
