We’re looking for a Rental Yard Technician to join our team — someone who takes pride in hard work, values safety, and wants to be part of a team that does things right.

• Inspect rental equipment before and after rental for condition, hours, fuel levels and damages
• Prepare equipment to Rent Ready standards including inspections, decals and preventative maintenance checks
• Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment safely
• Support deliveries and pickups using company vehicles
• Stage, clean, organize and maintain rental inventory
• Support service technicians, drivers and rental personnel as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe yard
• Deliver superior customer service every day

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years yard, equipment or customer service experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Construction equipment an plus
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and positive attitude
