Job Description On-the-job training, assisting experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems (water, gas, drainage) in residential and commercial settings, learning codes, handling tools, and performing tasks like pipe fitting and leak detection, all under supervision to develop skills for a journeyman license. Key duties include preparing work sites, carrying materials, assisting with installations (rough-ins to trim-outs), performing basic repairs (faucets, toilets, drains), and ensuring safety and code compliance while learning to use hand/power tools.

Key Responsibilities Support Installations & Repairs:
Help with installing new pipes (copper, PVC, PEX) and repairing existing fixtures (sinks, toilets, water heaters).Site Preparation:
Set up work areas, dig trenches, and carry tools/materials.

Pipe Work:
Measure, cut, bend, and assemble pipes and fittings.

Code & Safety:
Learn and follow plumbing codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and proper tool usage.

Problem Solving:
Assist in diagnosing issues and locating leaks.
