Pricing Specialist (Bilingual English/Korean)

Euless, TX

• Source and compile motor carrier pricing data to support accurate rate development.
• Aggregate and maintain comprehensive pricing data for internal analysis and external use.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on pricing activity and progress.
• Report customer pricing status on a weekly basis, highlighting key updates and variances.
• Identify and monitor customer issues or complaints related to individual shipments and account-level trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business development.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements related to pricing and customer accounts.
• Continuously develop knowledge of the supply chain industry, including market trends, rate structures, transportation modes, equipment types, and other relevant logistics factors.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the logistics preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Available to work overtime during peak times.
• Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English (or Chinese).
