Overview

Warehouse Supervisor — Euless, TX. LGLNA is a growing business that requires a skilled and engaging 3rd party warehouse management operator to support our rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multi-site environment. S/he enjoys collaborating with all company team members, is skilled in candidate screening and management, inbound, outbound, and communication with internal colleagues and customers.

We’re looking for an experienced warehouse professional who will partner with our customer to support and develop our fast-growing business. Job Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct routine warehouse operations
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse inventory with the operation supervisor; maintain records and conduct daily, monthly, and annual inventory
  • Oversee all aspects of FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) for compliance, including importation, storage, and exportation of goods within the FTZ
  • Compliant release and file FTZ documents
  • Maintain and enforce FTZ required tasks
  • Manage compliance requirements, such as handling Customs audits, complying with Trade Law, and preparing annual FTZ reports
  • Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates
  • Manage and coordinate with operation supervisor trucking delivery drivers (schedules and routes)
  • Review logs of truck drivers
  • Provide shipping details to customers
  • Collaborate with our brokerage or other teams to manage logistics operations reliably
  • Document all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
  • Complete paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
  • Report by establishing the optimal logistics warehouse operation plan
  • Collaborate with leadership team to guide and understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Track and record performance reviews
  • Manage and coordinate with operation supervisor monthly AR/AP closing
  • Confirm dispatch on customer orders and review for reliable delivery
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities

  • Understanding of warehouse processes

  • Proficient computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive

Education & Experience
  • 3 years of warehouse management experience
  • 2+ years of related experience in import & export, cargo tracking & exception handling, transportation or supply chain logistics, preferably with international experience
  • Knowledge and skill with import/export procedures, Foreign-Trade Zone, Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes, and international freight compliance such as customs regulations, documentation requirements, clearance procedures, and export control compliance
  • Reliable commute is required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel to various operational sites
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to access and navigate each IT system and operational websites
Other Requirements

The warehouse is located in Euless, TX. A warehouse that operates the subsidiary materials. S/he must be able to travel to field sites and offices, as needed, and as we continue to expand.
