Outbound is preloaded, inbound is drop-trailer. If the company matches drivers into a team, partners must live within 50 miles of each other. Drivers must live within 100 miles of one of Stephenville TX.

• Team CPM: $0.59–$0.81
• Team weekly miles: 4,900
• Team weekly pay: $3,000 – $4,000
• Per driver weekly: $1,500 – $2,000
• Team annual: $150,000 – $206,000
• Per driver annual: $75,000 – $103,000

Home time depends on your domicile but the schedule is consistent.

• Valid CDL-A and 21 y old
• Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months
• True established team only (carrier-matched teams must live within 50 miles of each other)
• Must live within 100 miles of a listed distribution center
• Clean, verifiable work history
• Able to pass DOT physical & drug test
• Acceptable MVR/PSP

High weekly miles, predictable schedule, no-touch reefer freight, steady year-round work, and strong earnings.
