Job Title: Warehouse Associate I
Location: Euless, TX
Reports To: Logistics Supervisor
Position SummaryWe are looking for a Warehouse Associate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our team at Aereos, Inc. This position is responsible for performing and supporting daily activities in shipping, receiving, light assembly, inventory storage and work‑in‑process (WIP) movement. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must for proper labeling of parts and shipments, managing inventory with lot controls and customer documentation.
FLSA: Hourly, Non‑exempt
Remote Position: No
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
Benefits: available 1st month following 30‑days of employment
Must be able to Read, Write and Speak English.
Duties and Responsibilities- Receiving: Unloading deliveries. Must verify packing slips and certification documents have been provided. Compare physical count to amounts on supplier packing slips noting any discrepancies. Visual inspection of delivery required; note any damage to parts during transportation.
- Stockroom: All incoming materials must be prepared for storage in stockroom. Items must be properly packaged, and all require labels with part numbers and lot numbers. Physically move all stock to designated location in stock room/bin locations and maintain a clean and well‑organized stockroom.
- Shipping: From a pick ticket designated with specific inventory parts and lot numbers, this role will pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment to customers. All documentation must be accurate in terms of inventory part number, lot number and physical count per customer shipment. In addition, this role will support maintaining appropriate levels of shipping materials (boxes, bags, paper etc.).
- Outside Processing: Manage, prepare and box all inventory shipments as required to send to outside suppliers ensuring accuracy in quantity and documentation. This will require pulling stock from the stockroom or from work‑in‑process (WIP).
- Light Assembly: Perform assembly activities as needed (typically nuts and bolts). Support other assembly activities in the department with fluctuations in production. In‑house training provided on these activities.
- Part Marking: Assist with part marking of selected parts using equipment or supplies as needed. In‑house training provided on these activities.
- Proven experience in stockroom, shipping and receiving 2+ years.
- Strong team player and coordination with supervisor on daily priorities.
- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to Read, Write and Speak English.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Ability to use a manual/electric pallet jack.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 35 lbs.
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Warehouse – air conditioned.
- Dress code:
Closed toe shoes, no shorts, warehouse attire for safety. - Adhering to safety regulations and procedures for handling, moving and storing materials.
