Job Description:The Instructor or Assistant Professor of Biology is responsible for the development and instruction of course materials in the field of biology, both on campus and online, and is capable of teaching freshman and sophomore college-level courses.
- 65% – Instruct college level biology courses.
- 20% – Office hours and advising.
- 10% – Committee work/university service.
- 5% – Other duties as assigned.
- Master’s Degree.
- Master’s in biology or related field.
- OR Master’s degree in unrelated field plus 18 credit hours in related biology field from a regionally accredited institution.
Experience:
- College level instruction in biology.
- Agriculture background preferred.
- Ph.D.
- Ph.D. in Biology or related field.
- 3 years’ experience.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
