The Adjunct Instructor of Microbiology is responsible for the development and instruction of course materials and/or labs relating to courses in the field of microbiology.

• 60% Development and instruction of course materials and/or labs relating to courses in the field of microbiology
• 35% Office hours
• 5% Other duties as assigned

• Master’s in microbiology from a regionally accredited institution

• Ph.D. microbiology OR other terminal degree in microbiology from a regionally accredited institution
• 3 years of college level instruction in microbiology

• Ability to teach effectively
• Ability to interact with others (verbal/ written)
• Ability to adhere to university policies and meet deadlines
