Position: CNA - FT
Job Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to provide compassionate and professional care to residents at Eunice Manor Nursing Home as a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role requires a dedicated individual who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.

Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for residents.

Maintain a positive and supportive attitude, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families.

Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff promptly.

Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in geriatric care.

Uphold the standards and policies of Eunice Manor Nursing Home to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Required

Education:

Valid CNA Certification in Louisiana

Required Experience:

Experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a healthcare setting

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or geriatric care environment
