Allegiance HH South LA Traditional in Eunice, LA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage patient care and coordinate home health services. You will monitor patients, document vital signs, and adjust plans in collaboration with physicians, while ensuring high-quality care in patients' homes.
Required is an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred) and BLS/CPR certification. Travel to service areas and completion of pre-employment screenings are expected.
