Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week
Pay: $25.00/hour DOE
About the OpportunityExpress Employment Professionals is recruiting an organized, customer-focused Office Manager for a local nonprofit organization in Eureka. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment that supports both internal staff and the community.
The Office Manager serves as a central resource for the organization, overseeing daily office operations, supporting multiple departments, managing communications and outreach efforts, and helping maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
What You ll Do- Manage daily front office and reception operations, including phones, visitors, mail, and general office support
- Coordinate building maintenance, vendor services, office supplies, and technology-related needs
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments and agency leadership
- Maintain confidential records, staff resources, and organizational documentation
- Support recruitment advertising and internal staff communications
- Manage donor databases, donor acknowledgments, and fundraising support activities
- Assist with fundraising campaigns, special events, and community outreach efforts
- Oversee website updates, social media content, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and recognition programs
- Ensure professional, organized, and welcoming office and public spaces
- Previous office management or administrative leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Experience supporting multiple departments or teams preferred
- Knowledge of local community resources is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe products
- Experience with social media platforms, databases, and online systems
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
