Temporary/Travel assignment - Licenses/Certifications:
Active DEA, CPR, and immunizations as per state and credentialing requirements - Experience:
Must see all ages, ability to treat 16-18 patients/day
- Pay: $1.00/hour (please note; eligibility for pay package discussed upon application)

- Provide general dentistry services for both pediatric and adult patients
- Perform exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Complete procedures including fillings, extractions, and preventive care
- Chart patient records within 72 hours of appointment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
- Maintain licensing and immunization requirements for credentialing
- Active California Dental License and DEA registration
- Proof of immunizations:
Flu, TB (recent X-ray), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap (within last 10 years) - Ability to see patients of all ages and work independently
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- At least 1 year of general dentistry experience preferred
This assignment is with a leading facility in Eureka, California, dedicated to providing high-quality dental care for diverse patient populations. The provider will work a standard weekday schedule, 8-5, and will be expected to see 16-18 patients daily in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
