Position OverviewMission-driven outpatient dentistry opportunity serving both pediatric and adult patients within a collaborative, team-based environment. Why This Opportunity Stands OutBase compensation up to $225,000 annually. $15,000 sign-on bonus. Up to $20,000 relocation support available. NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000 to $300,000. $5,000 annual professional expense card including licensing, DEA, CE, equipment, and fitted loupes. Schedule& Practice Model
Monday through Friday schedule. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Approximately 50/50 pediatric and adult patient mix. Team-supported outpatient dental practice. In-house pediatric referral support available.
Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive general dentistry services for children and adults. Perform routine and complex procedures including extractions and molars. Collaborate closely with dental support staff and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives. Refer advanced pediatric cases internally as appropriate.
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $183,000 – $225,000 annually. $15,000 sign-on bonus. $10,000 relocation reimbursement. Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for qualifying family relocation. 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Loan repayment eligibility through NHSC and federal programs. Laptop and cell phone provided. $5,000 annual professional expense card. Strong onboarding and mentorship support. Spanish language differential pay available.
Requirements
DDS or DMD REQUIRED. Active California dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED. Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED. Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred. Commitment to mission-driven and community-focused dentistry REQUIRED. Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care REQUIRED.
