This role is well suited for board-certified anesthesiologists comfortable with a broad surgical case mix and flexible scheduling across day shifts, call, and nights.

Comfortable with medically directed care models

Trauma cases consistent with Level III designation
Day shifts, nights, weekends, and 24-hour call
Providers typically start on days before rotating into nights
Call is beeper-based with defined response expectations
$345/hr regular hourly and orientation
$2870 per 24-hour call shift
Callback paid at $305/hr after 5 hours gratis
$250/hr night call
Overtime and holidays paid at 1.5x
No temporary privileges
Credentialing timeframe approximately days
