We will be offering a $25 per hour incentive for night shifts confirmed for providers. All day shifts will stay at our contracted rates. Please present the provider at the contracted rates and we will ensure this is tied to confirmed providers confirmation agreements.

We will only review providers who will work nights. If they are strictly days then we will not be able to name clear them.

- Candidate MUST have an ACTIVE CA license.
Looking for 1-3 providers depending on availability
Must be BC or BE within 5 years.
ABEM/ABEOM certified (Will not accept ABIM/ABFM)
Average number of patients in 24hrs is 110.

oAll HBS specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty.
oGaps greater than 3 months must be explained.
oInclude current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.

Please note the following travel deviations from our contract will apply to the assignment (or current confirmation agreement):

• NOT reimbursed:
oMileage from provider’s home to departing airport, as well as from airport to home upon return.
oRide share (Lyft/Uber/etc.) and/or taxi from provider’s home to departing airport, as well as from airport to home upon return.

• WILL be reimbursed:
oAirport parking at provider’s departing airport if provider drives themselves to the airport.
oInsurance policies for rental cars must be pre-approved, prior to booking, otherwise it will not be reimbursed.
oRide share (Lyft/Uber/etc.) and/or taxi from destination airport to hotel/lodging for assignment, as well as from lodging to hospital/clinic, and return trips.
