Weekend call preferred with nights and weekends coverage 2 - 5 cases per day for each physician Hospital setting General surgery and some OB/GYN, regional, neuro, ortho procedures Shifts vary M-F 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 7a-7p, must be flexible Ongoing need 1-4 weeks per month Weekday shifts can vary from 8-12 hours 24 hour call coverage on weekends Paid malpractice insurance;
