High School Diploma or equivalent Resumes are highly encouraged and cover letters are appreciated. Valid California Driver's License (Copy taken at time of hire) DOJ/FBI Fingerprint Clearance (upon offer and acceptance of position) Paraprofesssional Certificate
* or equivalent: two years of college (48 units) or AA Degree or higher
* Paraprofessional Testing:
The paraprofessional test is offered through HCOE and can be reserved and paid for online. Here is a link to the booking system: (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). . The test is proctored weekly on Tuesdays at 10 and the cost of the test is $7.00. If you have any questions, please call HCOE directly at  Sample Paraprofessional Tests:
Below are links to practice for the paraprofessional test that is offered by HCOE. Once you pass, they will give you a card. You send me a picture of the card or stop by the Personnel Office, Rm. 110 at the District Office, and we can copy it for you.

APPLICATION :
Current Eureka City Schools regular employees who wish to LATERAL TRANSFER from their current position may submit a transfer request form to the Personnel Office by the deadline date. (Please refer to your Union Contract for Lateral Transfer eligibility language). Probationary employees are not eligible for a lateral transfer but may apply as a general applicant.
