Roles & Responsibilities   Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments using IMRT, SRS and SBRT techniques
Perform simulation and treatment planning tasks, including CBCT/kV/mV imaging for precise set-up
Operate and document treatments in charting systems (Epic required) and workflow systems (Mosaiq/C-RAD)
Provide patient/family teaching and compassionate care during treatment and procedures
Execute radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions to protect patients and staff
Participate in pretreatment tasks: custom molds, shields, portal casts and beam shaping
Support special procedures such as respiratory gating and prostate seeds/fiducials placement
Float between like units as needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Radiology, Respiratory, Social Services, Rapid Response)
Qualifications   ARRT (T) certification required
BLS (Basic Life Support) required
Minimum 1 year radiation therapy experience
Epic charting experience required
Active state license required (pending licenses are not accepted)
RTO (Return-to-Office) restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
First-time travelers welcome — we accept clinicians new to travel assignments
Willingness to float between similar units and learn Elekta systems if not already familiar
Knowledge & Skills   Radiation Therapy fundamentals and Radiation Safety best practices
IMRT, SRS, SBRT treatment delivery and workflow
CBCT / kV / mV imaging and B-Mode acquisition targeting
Treatment planning concepts and supervising implementation

Experience with Mosaiq and C-RAD; willingness to train on Elekta Infinity / Synergy
Patient teaching, chart checks, and documentation in Epic
Beam modifying/positioning: custom molds, shields, wedges, portal casts
Care for adults and geriatrics, handling emergency cases and lift/transfer devices
