Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, educational technology, or a related field. Increasingly responsible experience in technology leadership, information systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, or related technology operations. Experience leading complex technology projects, enterprise systems implementations, operational initiatives, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Valid California Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in information systems, business administration, educational technology, public administration, or a related field. Experience in a K-12 public education environment.

Experience with instructional technology systems, digital learning platforms, cybersecurity programs, E-Rate, and enterprise education systems. Experience supporting future-ready learning initiatives, digital citizenship, learner-centered instructional practices, and emerging technologies. Professional certifications such as Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL), CITE CTO certification, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or related technology leadership certifications. Experience supervising technical or support personnel.
