Property Maintenance Technician

• Support two mobile home communities in Eureka and Fortuna by performing unit turns and work orders
• Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other landscaping work including leaf and debris removal
• Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs
• Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required
• Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, change breakers/fuses, and complete similar electrical tasks
• Pressure wash
• Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails, and fencing
• Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas
• Run errands to obtain maintenance supplies or equipment

• 1+ year of property maintenance experience
• Ability to respond to after‑hour emergencies
• Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds
• Basic computer knowledge
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening

• $17 - $22/hour DOE
• Full‑time (40 hours a week)
